Hi! I’m Bethany Bouquet, your virtual yoga teacher!

I discovered yoga when looking for something to help my tight legs during my first half-marathon training. I quickly fell in love with fast paced vinyasa style classes before fully understanding the benefits other types of yoga can have on runner’s bodies/minds.

After experiencing an injury just days before my half-marathon, the ideas of using yoga for more than just cross-training really intrigued me. I started exploring meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga, and yin yoga for breathwork and improved recovery.

After hundreds of hours of research, continued education, and personal practice, I found my passion for helping runners train for their races as well as cross-train and recover properly in order to help minimize injury through their training period.

When I’m not coaching runners or yoga classes, you can find me training for my next race, practicing yoga, walking my dogs, Winston and Addie, gardening, or spending time with my family.

It breaks down to about $1.63/day which is an incredible deal for yoga, strength focused classes, mobility work, and meditations. Since the membership is already at such an affordable price, this is the lowest price we can offer you!

  • Fit Flow Yoga totally understands having a busy schedule. If you have 10-30 minutes, you can make this membership work for you! In addition to the longer 45-60 minute classes, there are tons of 10-30 minute classes so you can fit them into your busy schedule and still get the movement you body is craving!

  • The Maintenance Membership has classes for both students new to yoga and students who are frequent practitioners. If you are new to yoga, there is nothing to fear! Each class is demonstrated and includes many verbal cues so you can listen and watch to make sure you are in the right positions as you learn the poses and shapes!

  • Online yoga is a wonderful medium, but without a little dedication or accountability, it can be hard for any student to stay on track. Because of this, Fit Flow Yoga crated a monthly calendar with class suggestions to keep you on track.
